Brilliant hotel. Almost feels like a 5 star! For the high standard and location of the hotel, it is well worth the price! Staff were very helpful, Room was very clean, massive bathroom and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kensington.

After a poor start with the hotel giving us basement rooms with only a small sky-light the staff rectified the matter and we received lovely rooms on the first floor. This hotel has always been our favourite place to stay in London and we have in the past always had a great time. The location is so convenient to the tube at Earl's Court, restaurants and shops.

Sehr gutes und ruhiges Hotel, 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und speziell das Personal beim Frühstück ist extrem bemüht den Wünschen nachzukommen. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfelen!

Roger and Richard went above and beyond serving a delicious breakfast each morning included with room. Excellent location with restaurants and grocery next door. Clean. Close to subway as well.

We spent 1 night in the hotel as a family of 3. The hotel was very helpful to get a cot set up for our daughter. The rooms were spacious enough to not feel cramped. Good water pressure in the shower.

It’s a decent place in a nice location. Very close to a tube station and some dining options. The hotel is a little bit rundown. The rooms are very small and not that well designed but we will stay there again.

Super Lage, in 3 Minuten bei dear underground, in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Freundliche Mitarbeiter (Anjali, Shanel und Juan). Gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer. Restaurants und Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wonderful breakfast with great service and staff. A shout out to Anjali, Shanel, Sharven, Richard and Henry who were very helpful and professional! We stayed there for five nights and found the location perfect with a number of nearby restaurants and a super close tube station. The rooms are well appointed. However the shower drain was not good and the shower floor design so flawed that the only way to avoid an overflow was to interrupt the shower every minute or two to allow the water to drain.

Wir hatten einen Premium Raum mit Extrabett für uns und unsere Tochter gebucht. Leider war der Raum im loeer ground floor, sozusagen Untergeschoss. Wir hatten anstatt eines zu öffnenden Fenster nur eine Art Lichtschacht. Da man nicht lüften kommte hat es muffig gerochen und alles hat sich alles klamm angefühlt. Es war nicht möglich zu wechseln mit der Begründung es sei ausgebucht. Die Familien würden in der Regel in der Kellerbebene untergebracht, weil die Räume dort größer seien. Das Zimmer war tatsächlich geräumig für Londoner Verhältnisse und an sich schick eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Trotzdem werden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen.

Caldo e pratico

Bella struttura dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Ben collegato alla metro. Sarebbe stellare se l’insonorizzazione delle stanze non fosse pressoché inesistente. Ma essendo la struttura “storica” bisogna accettare questo (piccolo) problema avendo però in cambio il caldo abbraccio di una dimora “vera”.
