Welcome to our home!
Light and spacious, our home is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.
The property has a generous open-plan kitchen and reception room, with abundantly high ceilings and large windows that provide excellent natural light.
The bedroom is also a good size and is positioned to the rear of the property, providing a quieter aspect. As is the case throughout the property, it has plenty of storage. Here, you'll find a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The central hallway is equipped to store coats and shoes, and from here, you can access the newly fitted bathroom, which has a combination bath and shower.
We also provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The property is positioned on a highly sought after street, with it being secure and tranquil, yet turn the corner less a minute walk away, and there is a volume of green space, shopping, culture and transport.
Positioned just off the eminently popular Battersea Rise and Northcote road you have access to shopping, restaurants, pubs and gelaterias.
On the other side, a further minute walk away, you have acres of green space in Clapham Common, and a further walk away you can find yourself in Battersea Park.
The flat is well positioned for easy access to the hub of Clapham Junction which provides easy transport access in all directions (into central London, as well as out to Airports such as Gatwick and Heathrow).
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
