Perfect location if departing from T5 More than great bar and restaurant on offer. No need to visit McDonalds outside. Hotel badly needs an elevator installed.

Nice, well located, polite staff! Straight passage to Victoria station which makes it very convenient.

Spacious clean rooms with adequate amenities. Live music each night was great and not forgetting the food and drinks!
