"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"Very convenient location. Budget . Cocoon design no window. Slept well cos room is down the hall, very quiet. Booked Two twin beds . Lack amenities like hangers , hooks and hairdryer. But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage"

"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "

"Proximity to Terminal 4 is the greatest positive of this hotel. Cleanliness was definitely lacking in the room, tv didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Second time I’ve stayed here, unhappy both times, won’t book again. "

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "
