The stay was just alright, it wasnt very clean as well. The shower was stucked so the water wouldnt drain properly. Called the customer service, no one came and repair even they said they are going to send someover to fix it. Do bear in mind that you will have to collect your key at a differnet place even youre checking in within the chek-in time, which was quite inconvenience in my opinion

Very Disappointed
The place is in a super location and could be great. But these were the things I found poor. I would not recommend this place and the response to my complaints was not great.
1. Firstly on arriving the place was very cold outside of the Kitchen. I assume that somebody had turned on the heating in the kitchen and then realized they couldn’t in the sitting room. I reported the fault and somebody was sent over to help. It was clear that the heater had not been working for some time as the socket was faulty.
2. In addition to this the lights in the sitting room did not work and the lights on entry to the property did not work either.
3. The most serious concern was relating to the lack of lighting in the stairway which should have been linked to a sensor. This was not working meaning that lights only came on part way down the stairs. The lights were clearly in need of attention and left not working and as this is a health and safety issue was unacceptable.
4. There was damage to a number of ceilings which looked like water damage from upstairs and also water damage from outside. This clearly was not a new issue with peeling paint and electrics added over the top of the plasterboard.
5. The front door key to the property from the street is not working well. It took me over a minute to enter one evening.
6. The sink tap fixing in the kitchen is loose
