Great location. It was close to everything by walking, bus or tube. It was a little smaller than I originally thought and there were some things that needed attention. Paul was very responsive.

it's a nice place to stay. very good location.

Excellent location for first time in London. Easy to explore by walking, really close to so many great areas. This corner and neighbourhood is full of coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, which is amazing to start and/or end your day. The apartment is tucked back in the building so it is very quiet. Clean and basic apartment, with cute decor and lots of storage/shelving areas, suited our needs well for a short trip.

Small but very livable apartment in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Its a fantastic location, near Oxford street, and many great restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. Its small but very sunny in the mornings and has everything you need. The downsides are that its on the 3rd floor and on the day we arrived the elevator was not working, so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of narrow stairs. In addition unlike other apartments we've stayed in London, they require a substantial security deposit.

Huge disappointment

This is a huge disappointment, despite the fact that the apartment was the same as listed and I had a good communication with the owner, it ended with them not responding to questions about when I could get my deposit after I left. Therefore, I must contact Vrbo support to get it back. As for the reservation itself, it's in a really good location, it's small and suitable for one person or a couple, and yes, they require a security deposit of 600, and you have to go and pick up the keys at another location that's 2-3 blocks away, and the same goes for check-out. Won’t recommend for sure!

The flat is simple and completely adequate for a short stay in London's Fitzrovia neighborhood which is close to the Goodge Tube Station. The bed was great and we enjoyed the neighborhood.
