Tube connection through Maida Vale on Bakerloo line takes you to Charing Cross in about 25 minutes, and Paddington station is a 20 min walk away. Situated close to the canals of Little Venice, that you can walk upto Kings Cross and Limehouse eastward. Lots of sports facilities with Paddington Recreation centre close by, and some good schools as well.
