The Space:

Based just beside one of London's most iconic areas, this thoughtfully designed apartment combines modern comfort with effortless style. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring the city. A fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and sleek finishes flows seamlessly into the dining area, with seating for six, and a cosy lounge featuring a Smart TV and comfortable sofa; perfect for nights in.



Both bedrooms are bright and welcoming; each fitted with a plush king-size bed, Smart TV, and generous storage. The primary bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the main bathroom includes a deep bathtub, ideal for a relaxing evening soak.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Located beside Piccadilly Circus, this apartment places you in one of London’s most iconic and lively districts. The West End’s renowned theatres, boutique shopping and celebrated dining are all on your doorstep. Getting Around:

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus Underground Station, served by the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines. From here, you'll enjoy direct connections to Heathrow Airport, King’s Cross St Pancras, Waterloo, and Regent’s Park.



Nearby stations, including Charing Cross, Leicester Square, and Green Park, provide access to the Northern, Jubilee, Circle and District lines, plus National Rail services. Numerous bus routes, including night services, operate within a few minutes’ walk, making travel across the city effortless.



Other Things to Note:

There are stairs to access this upper floor apartment from street level with no lift. This apartment is just by Piccadilly Circus, as such some noise can be expected.



Portable air conditioning is available in this property.



Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £8.50 per night.



Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.



For same-day reservations, we'll always do our best to have your apartment ready as quickly as possible. While we aim for a 3:00 pm check-in, same-day bookings may experience a delay as our team prepares your space.

Highly recommend renting this flat for your London vacation. We spent 5 nights here and it was perfect. The flat was very clean, check in was flawless, and the location was within walking distance or close to the tube for everywhere we wanted to visit. Be London checked in several times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this flat again when we return to London. Thanks for everything!
