excellent staff - they went the extra mile to help me re-arrange my stay dates. they called me to check I was going to arrive before the doors close at 10pm. I received a warm welcome and was given helpful advice about local amenities
A Truly Welcoming Stay!
This may not be the biggest or most luxurious hotel, but the warmth you feel here is something many 5-star places can’t offer. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles of Magdalena and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly from staff too.
The cleaners deserve a special mention — they keep everything spotless, fresh, and comfortable every single day. Their kindness and attention to detail really stand out.
If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and truly inviting place to stay, this hotel is a little hidden gem. I would happily come back again! 🌟
Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into the hotel out of the cold. The temperature was warm as was the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room had all that I needed for a comfortable stay - attention to detail, spotlessly clean, lots of (quality) tea, coffee, and milk, and comfortable bed. I had a great nights sleep and was refreshed for my onward journey the following morning. Great value for money and Blades will be my first choice when visiting London next. Thank you
I have stayed twice at this hotel. The rooms are small but as a solo traveller they are fine for me. Rooms and ensuite were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. Pimlico tube station is 5 minutes walk away and a selection of shops and eating places are close by.
Good sinple hotel with clean rooms and good amenities. Staff are courteous and engaging. Area around property is within easy walking distance for transport options and the river. Only downside of area is its a little walk for shopping and dining options

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Tiny sink, a small bathroom. Great location. Friendly staff.
Clean room, well equipped, friendly and efficient staff. Many varied restaurants within easy reach. Close to a tube station and near to Victoria station. Will use again without hesitation.
Property was close and walkable to things. Having the bathroom down the hall was a pain but the room slept 5 and worked for our 2 nights there. The staff were friendly, helpful and we received exceptional service.
My flight from Paris got cancelled so I took a last minute day trip to London, on the bus I found this hotel for one night for a really good price around 50 dollars for a single room, while on my way to London the day before on the bus, upon arrival Tammy was very kind in assisting me, seeing check in is at 2pm I was very early arriving at 7:30am and wanted to only wanted to drop off my luggage while I wait for the room to be ready, I guess the room I booked wasn’t available and she was sweet enough to let me stay in the luxury 3 bed room and check in early which I really appreciated since it was raining and I hadn’t had any sleep the day prior due to travelling, the room itself is beautiful and very classic, clean, and the shower was nice, I felt right at home and didn’t want to leave if I didn’t have to leave the next day I would have booked another stay if possible, the hotel is located in a very great location close to almost everything by train and some by walk and the neighborhood is beautiful, I will say it’s very quiet hotel, not much foot traffic so if you are expecting a hotel you can party in with your friends after a long night out this is not it, I prefer the quietness after a nights out or in general so if you do too this will be the hotel for you, thank you Tammy and making my day and first time in London a comfortable stay, I will be sure to book this hotel and make this my go to any time I come back to London when given the chance
The staff at blades were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from Pimlico underground station.
The room is a little dated in decor, but very comfortable.
Very nice property with friendly staff. Only drawback no breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness
Excellent location for walking or trains. It’s nothing fancy, a rather small room, and a little quirky because it’s in an old townhouse, but clean, very amiable staff, and affordable! We would stay again.
