Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

SVINDEL - book ikke

Udlejeren havde udlejet til studerende, og derfor var lejligheden ikke tilgængelig. Til trods for lejligheden allerede var udlejet, kunne vi booke den to dage før ankomst. Trods gentagne forsøglykkedes det ikke at få fat i udlejeren. Da vi ankommer til lejligheden fandt vi ud af den allerede var udlejet, dette fortalte en nabo. Fedt at stå i London uden et sted at bo, til trods for lejligheden var betalt og trukket på vores konto. HOTELS.COM fandt os ny overnatning, som var meget tilfredsstillende. Alt ros til de hjælpsomme medarbejdere hos HOTELS.COM
