We were pleased to find we had been given the bridal suite with four poster, jacuzzi and oriental furnishings. Nice thought, but not well enough maintained in the details: three buttons on the jacuzzi didn't work, the TV required a PIN code we did not have, the sound system was switched off, and all without any kind of explanatory manuals. The room was atmospherically dark, so much so it was too dark to read! There was no option for making it a little lighter. Breakfast was generous and ok. It was ok overall and quirkily memorable, but the sort of stay I would have complained about had I paid a "regular' price.

The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety reason he should have at least checked my ID) then gave me the card for the room and then I have to figure out myself what to do (like you need to put the into a fissure to make everything work and also no explanation how the TV works, fridge, didn't tell me where was the password for the WiFi and other stuff, not that I needed to but I'm saying for somebody else, not everybody is used to go to a hotel)

Overnight stop on our way to The Netherlands, the hotel was very good with an excellent restaurant. The public areas were modern and well appointed, Our room or should I say suite was decorated in an Arabic style and was huge with a fully tiled large bathroom with jacuzzi and a walk-in shower, the toilet was separate. There was a lounge area with coffee table and 3 armchairs then through an archway to the four poster bed which was raised on a plinth. I have two slight complaints the first was that one of the bedside tables which was very ornate had the glass top missing which meant you couldn’t put any liquid onto it as there was a very ornate pattern. The second was that in the lounge area the lighting was very poor which made the area very dark.

Lækker restaurant, som man ikke lige havde forventet her i det kvarter (støjende vej ved siden af). Dejligt pænt og moderne værelser på hotel med konferencer. Solterrasse.

Het hotel ligt op een fijne plek, de kamers zijn ruim van opzet. Alleen s'morgensvroeg niet kunnen douchen omdat er geen waterdruk was en er dus bijna geen of geen water uit de kraan/douche kwam.

Kort en zakelijk ontvangst, geen informatie over ontbijt, waar de kamers en de liften waren. Maar wel nette kamers met goede bedden en met schoon sanitair. Vloerbedekking op gangen was niet schoon. Wij hadden een kamer met een tussendeur naar de kamer ernaast. Welke gebruikt kan worden voor personeel. Deze, niet goed geïsoleerde deur, zorgt ervoor dat je de buren goed kan horen... Het ontbijt was volledig en met goed vers brood. Parking was ruim, verlicht en voorzien van ruim voldoende opladers voor elektrische wagens. Een taxi naar het centrum op zaterdagavond kon niet door het personeel worden geregeld en mijzelf lukte dit ook niet. Dus goed om hier rekening mee te houden.

Zeer handig hotel

Zeer net hotel, vlak bij snelweg en natuurdomein Molsbroek. Goede faciliteiten voor opladen electrische wagen (Tesla snelladers). Ongeveer 30minuten wandelafstand naar het centrum van Lokeren (bv Lokerse Feesten). Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers zijn goede groote, schoon en redelijk geluidsdicht. Mooie badkamer. Bar en restaurant van het hotel zijn wel van het hogere prijssegment, maar de bediening is correct en vriendelijk. Algemeen een aanrader
