「The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety...
「The location of the hotel is great, not only close to the city center and tram stops but also situated in a quiet bloc. The breakfast is simple but fine, water runs well and the staff is friendly. The reception is closed at night. If you are not sure about how to use the key to open the entrance door to the building, don’t fail to ask the staff while the reception is open. There are no tissues in a guestroom, bring them with you.

What I most concerened before arriving the hotel was the cleaness of the room (especially the bathroom), but the room including the bathroom was very clean and I found the hotel is very well maintained. The bed was very comfy and made me sleepy although I usually have a problem to fall asleep.
The women at the reception was very nice too. Her recommendation on the restaurants, bars, and souvenirs was very helpful.
