We pre arranged neighbouring rooms, check in was seemless, and beds and sofas were very clean and comfortable with all additional pillows / duvets clean and accessible. Beautiful apartment, with plenty of room for our family of four. The bathroom was huge, and the apartement very modern. There are a lack of hooks for bathroom towels, but other than that it was well equipped with basic cooking equipment, fans and extra bedding provided. Staff are friendly, the location was easy from the train station, and close to all the sites and landmarks in Ghent. We would love to stay again.

The shower leaks all over the floor in all 3 rooms we reserved No coffee maker. A toaster would be nice. Very dark. Brighter light bulbs would be nice! But excellent location, beds very comfortable and overall it was very good.
