「If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms...

「Not suitable for a work trip, there is no desk or kitchenette table to work at. If it is for a vacation trip, it is ok, very clean.」

「We had a wonderful trip, the penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way! And the customer service and information that was provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We looked everywhere for a truly beachfront location and finally found this one and it was perfect. We basically had a private beach to ourselves. We'll definitely return. 」

「Cute and homey. Comfortable space. Great location. The owner took our laundry to dry cause the dryer wasn't working and brought it back. Very kind!! Apartment was clean!! We were a family of 6 there and planned to eat in some. For non-cooking food, the kitchen was great, but there weren't many cooking utensils and no baking pans or oven mitts. 」

「We lucked out, Mr. Sam's apartment was perfect for our stay. There are air conditioners in each bedroom, which was great, but opening up the apartment durning the evening let the breeze flow through and it was comfortable. This location is perfect, i felt like it was centerlly located to get around easily.」
