"We loved the view of the loch and harbour from our room! Great breakfast, comfortable bed and warm greeting upon arrival (with a welcome drink and snack). We stayed only the night before our ferry crossing to Lewis, but loved Ullapool. From the hotel, it was an easy walk to the town center with plenty of dining options. Unfortunately the next morning, we discovered that our rental car had been keyed in the parking lot. Despite this, a lovely town and highly recommended hotel."

"Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!"

"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Our room only had 1 bedside cabinet for 2 beds. It wasn't immediately obvious how to obtain our included breakfast, and when I asked a member of staff about it, she seemed surprised."
