「I enjoyed my stay here. The location was convenient, and I would stay again. I did have an issue when I tried to use the kettle to make tea; it was appalling inside, and I was mortified to see mold. The staff was great at responding and said it would be replaced. I decided I would just go out for tea or coffee instead. Apart from that small issue, everything was super clean and I liked staying here. I would stay again. I had the best pasta around the corner from here and loved the location so...

「Good」

「There was no mention of construction, and after a long flight, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well. Sound insulation was of course not working, the radiator was not working because it was cold in the next room, and the water pressure in the shower was too weak. It was the worst accommodation on a business trip.」

「Nice room and location」
