Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in.
The room was cleaned to a very high standard.
Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one.
My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks.
Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend.

Great experience. Its a smaller Hotel, but lacks nothing. Wonderful rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location with South Kensington Tube station within 2 minutes reach. V&A, Natural History museum, science museum, Hyde Park are all nearby. We really enjoyedthe Ampersam. Thank you!
