「The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The only thing that wasn’t great and it isn’t the fault of this owner - we looked forward to the pool since we didn’t go on our river float but the pool was VERY dirty and the trash was overflowing throughout the complex. 「Pleasantly surprised on the inside when pulling up to apartment. Very clean and efficient instructions. Perfect little apartment for a quick stay. Owner communication was great and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!」

「I highly recommend this location for visiting San Marcos. We were in town for college move in day for my daughter and this location was just wonderful and accommodated the three of us perfectly. Clean and well kept and the host was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!」

「I was very disappointed that the pool was not on site as pictured. The unit needs some TLC above and beyond what cleaners are generally expected to care for such as very worn and bleach-stained linens and a very dirty bathroom exhaust fan grille and dirty stove drip pans. I also felt that I received an excessive amount of texts in conjunction with my stay. Sometimes less is more.」
