「Welcoming Spotless Helpfull Comfortable Lovely breakfast」

「Lovely hotel.」

「ともかくスタッフの方々の態度とサービスが素晴らしかったです。また、朝食、夕食 共にレベルが高く、実に心地良く過ごすことができました。不満は一点だけ、部屋の 広さです。バスルームが広すぎる分、居室が狭くなっており、少々使いづらかった というのが正直な感想です。私達が泊まった部屋だけの問題かもしれませんが、 感想として記しておきます。」

「Great service from staff and great food」

「We weren’t really there that long as we couldn’t check in until 21:30 (our fault, not the hotel!) as we had been at a wedding all day so it was more or less into the room and straight to sleep! The room itself looked a bit dated- carpet & furniture could do with updating but the bathroom you would be proud to have in your own home. Well decorated and an amazing shower! If I’m being really picky then the only other things were a full bin in the room from the previous guests plus a half eaten...

「The breakfast and staff were good however the rooms were very grubby and tired with excessive mould in the bathroom including the shower head.」

「Sadly disappointing - cleanliness lower than expected; stains on furniture and bedding, rips in carpet, dusty and flickering light fittings, dust in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Air con in room not working; small fan already switched on in room upon arrival. Windows could not be fully opened (understandable due to health and safety) - but some were totally sealed due to being covered in layers of paint. Breakfast okay but dirty tables and cobwebs on walls. I’m not against dogs staying at any...

「Absolutely loved this property. It easily accommodated 6 adults. Extremely clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was fantastic and so easy to walk into the town. We even managed to park our cars right outside the house. Would highly recommend!」

「The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x」

「Property was really central to grocery stores and the riverside park. Easy to walk to so many areas of Llangollen. Property somewhat worn and needs a good paint job but wear and tear is understandable on a place that sees so many holiday makers. Great location, largish cottage with nice views from upstairs windows.」
