We had a very good time - would have been 5stars but pool and surrounds were dirty, the 7th bedroom ( outside the villa) was unusable as no aircon and inadequate fan - temperature over 35c Too few cooking pots/pans However we really enjoyed our stay

We rented this property as a group of 12 people right after our graduation and we can say that we really enjoyed staying there. Everything was like it was described, the size was perfect for this number of people, even though we did not really use the living room as we enjoyed eating and relaxing outside a lot (having a pool to ourself was great) . On the first day we were provided with drinking water. I would also like to point out the nice service of Mallorca Home Villas. It was easy communicating and they replied fastly to our messages. The villa is located on the very end of the promenade of s'arenal on a small hill. For all the party people out there-it took us about 20 minutes to the Megapark by foot:) After all we would definitely book this villa again.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Finca ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Es ist ideal für einen Gemeinsamen Urlaub mit mehreren Leuten. Die Zimmer waren mit Bett und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, jedoch waren ein paar Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Lage ist ok. Liegt direkt in einem Wohngebiet. In ca. 25-30 ist der Ballermann 6 erreicht. Im Großen und Ganzen tolle Unterkunft.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter und die Lage waren super Vielleicht könnten insgesamt ein paar mehr Möbel in dem Haus stehen damit es etwas aufgehübscht wird und am Pool könnte eine Sitzecke installiert werden

Although we loved our stay, the house advertises for 12 people. We had 5 people and we could not fit our food in the tiny refrigerator. The refrigerator would be appropriate for 2 people. The microwave either burned the food or wouldn’t cook. Sometimes it functioned properly but usually not.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz. Leider ist der Zustand des Hauses nicht allzu gut. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, der Boden ist teilweise uneben, die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht, etc. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt daher meiner Meinung nach bei diesem Ferienhaus nicht.

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé avec une position stratégique pour rayonner dans l'île. Nous étions 11, et la villa offre suffisamment d'espace de vie pour que chacun puisse être au calme. Malheureusement, le mauvais temps nous a permis de pointer du doigt les défauts et lacunes de cette maison. Des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, ou qui ne sont pas étanches ( fuite d'eau liée à la pluie ), des matelas déformés d'où un couchage pas toujours confortable et seulement des lits de 90 cm, des accessoires de cuisine manquants ( presse agrume, économe, essorage à salade, bols, verres en nombre insuffisant ...) . Pas d'épingle à linge ( on en a acheté pendant le séjour), et pas d'étendoir à linge en cas de mauvais temps. Pas de crochet dans les salles de bains pour les draps de bains. Une télécommande de climatiseur sans pile... Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des extérieurs de la villa à cause d'une météo plus que capricieuse. Nous avons l'habitude des locations de maisons pour les vacances et estimons que ce type de villa dit de standing doit répondre à un cahier des charges sans faille avec des prestations à la hauteur. En dressant ce tableau, le but escompté est que les prochains vacanciers puissent bénéficier de nos remarques. Cordialement.

We were 9 persons, 4 kids 9-12 years. The pool meant that we(kids) always had thing to do in the property; a real value! I missed nothing in the house and it was as nice as the photos tell. - Many possible eating/social places, inside and outside. Quiet villa-area, but short walking distance to beatches, small and big ones, and shops and good eating places mm. Easy to travel to Palma ol. We rented a car and took day trips to Palma and other places, beautyful, interesting anf fun places; it is so much to experience here :). - The Villa is good for many groups; familys with children, cycle-teams, firms. Very nice to see so many people cyckling together; perfect cykle-ways, for long distances, easy to rent bikes. Good availabilty by Mallorca Home Villas, - nice, friendly people:). - Both kids and grown ups really enjoyed the villa and surroundings, and the island, and I am glad to recommend it. KAI R

Das Haus scheint vor unsere Ankunft noch schnell mit einem Grosseinkauf in der Ikea ausgestattet worden zu sein. Trotzdem fehlten diverse Dinge in der Küche, wie Gläser, Schüsseln etc.. Einen Grill gab es auch nicht. Die meisten Airconditiongeräte wiesen einen Defekt auf. Ausser einer Lampe konnten wir keine Aussenbeleuchtungen schalten. Ein TV im oberen Stock war defekt. Die Wäsche sollte nach 7 Tagen gewechselt werden, ist nicht passiert. Der Pool war ok. Die Tische sind eigentlich nur für 8 Personen obwohl das Haus für 12 Leute ausgeschrieben ist. Es hat nicht soviele Nasszellen wie beschrieben. Die lokalen Mitarbeiter gaben sich Mühe die fehlenden Dinge nachzuliefern aber das wiegt niemals das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auf. Das Haus ist nicht empfehlenswert. Wie wir gesehen haben, ist es zum Verkauf ausgeschrieben.
