「No check in information received, when I contacted the host was told ‘it’s not hard it’s left unlocked’ during our stay the host walked past us several times to feed the llamas head down, didn’t even say hello, text to ask how to use the gas fire during our stay and no response, was made to feel very unwelcome. 「Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. 「We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests.」

「The cottage was spotless and faultless so much provided for and more. A lively welcome with homemade bara brith cake, milk, tea, coffee and sugar, fresh eggs. I could go on lusting the amazing amount of things provided.

「The owners don't communicate. Place was not cleanwith lots of things broken, including, shower, toilet and taps and door and steps up to it. Mold all over. Smelt terrible. Not vaguely as described. Only stayed one night as too late to find anywhere else. Asked for discussion on refund. They will not respond. Was also impossible to get in touch with Expedia to try and sort out.
