"Very large room with separate desk area. Floors were very creaky so not good if you need to get up in the middle of the night without making noise! Locked out of room
"Lack of staff meant being locked out of our room as the keycard battery died. The young lady on reception tried her best but for some reason the spares are kept in a locked safe by the manager. She was busy and didn’t seem to care whilst she tended to an almost empty restaurant."
