「I got there at night and parked in the Roman Road car park. There wasn’t much signposting or lighting (or I didn’t see it!) so walking to the hotel felt a little tricky as I ended up walking on the road. Thankfully it wasn’t far. There was a bit of a long queue at check in, but that was understandable as lots of us from the conference were arriving at the same time. 「My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and very warm and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and very generous. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant one evening. Staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice, especially after a long hike. We felt it was extremely good value. Many thanks! 」
