「Very welcoming on arrival, large clean en-suite room, fabulous breakfast that set us up for the day and special dietary needs catered for. Would visit again. Highly recommended.」

「Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings. Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...

「Great location and cosy cottage. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep and wonderful rural surroundings. All the basic equipment provided in a compact environment.」

「Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.」
