Can’t fault z hotel clean modern and affordable ideas for solo travel only element that would put me off as a couple is the glass bathroom. Staff and cleanliness at Liverpool branch are very good

Though rooms are slightly small. It does what it says on the tin, nice bonus is the tele which i rarely turn on when on holiday lol nice selection of channels via sky remote. The rooms are very comfortable and is excellent walking distance to Liverpool one Bold street docks e.t.c. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly also

My stay here was all good for a budget hotel. You can tell the hotel has been around for a while, just general wear and tear in the room. Aircon fan was also slightly broken so it made a strange noise. My only gripe was having to reset my keycard every day as it would stop working, but the staff were helpful each time it happened.

Very pleased about everything except the absence of toilet brush in bathroom. Could be very embarrassing if sharing with another person. The air conditioning was fierce but managed to make the room warmer. Staff very kind and helpful. Would stay again and would recommend.

Good basic hotel for a nights stay. Good location with close proximity to main areas. Room was basic but had everything that someone would need, only downside was no fridge. It felt as if it could have been a bit cleaner, but the value for money was good.

The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. They were able to switch a room for me at the last minute and I really appreciated that. My original bed was a little hard for my back, but the new room helped to alleviate that issue. Excellent central location within walking distance to what I wanted to see.

The hotel is excellently located, near the Cavern Quarter and only about 10 minutes from the station and the docks. The reception also functions as a little bar/restaurant/cafe and the staff give you a polite and friendly welcome. There were a few breakfast options you could order the day before, or pay slightly more on the day; we didn't try them or sample any of the food or drink on offer. We were a bit disconcerted that there was only one guest lift and no stairs, but in truth we didn't have to wait too long. Our room was small but clean and modern. I was delighted that we had a full Sky package (including Sports and Movies). The other half said that sleeping by the wall was cold. The bathroom is behind sliding glass panels, meaning that you could hear everything going on in there and a shower would leave the whole room steamy. When we were left, we were asked if we'd like to leave our bags if we were spending more time in the city, which I thought was a lovely touch.
