Perfect place to stay, makes it worthwhile having an extra room, rather than just a hotel room. The bed was super comfy, the place was clean and had everything I needed. Location is perfect as well.
Good location for when we wanted...would liked the use of a hairdryer..rug in kitchen area had a damp patch and curled up at corners ...
Other than that, room was clean, bed was comfy, nice hot shower.
2 small problems on arrival, code to get in the door didn’t work and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Staff came promptly to assess the situation and did everything to help, even as far as to offer to swap rooms. Could not fault staff at all, very helpful young man. Not far to city centre, everything we needed in the surrounding streets. Would stay again

Clean room and good kitchen where you absolutes could make dinner of you want.
Check in process was very smooth and location very good and central. It was disappointing to discover that the apartment we had did not have air conditioning, especially given that it was advertised as having air conditioning. We stayed over a very warm weekend and it was close to unbearable within the apartment. There were a number of fans in the apartment in the rooms when we arrived but it was very disappointing to find that there was no air conditioning and should not be advertised that way. We looked to make contact with the owner on the first day, but they did not respond to us which again was disappointing. Overall this tarnished our stay and many of the fixtures and fittings were in poor condition which were the other negatives.
Only used mugs as on a one night stop.
Did notice one pan & a frying pan & some kitchen utensils, dining table & chairs.
There was a 2 ring cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster.
A shop was directly opposite apartment.
Apartment was very clean & comfortable
Great Location, perfect for an overnight stay in the centre of Liverpool.

Entered building and you got a damp/ wet mop smell so wasn’t too pleasant. Gets to the room and initial thoughts were good, everything you needed was there. Kitchen equipment, iron and ironing board, sheets, pillows and towels. Came to get ready and the rooms are dark so really struggled with doing make up as the lighting is poor in the bathroom. At 1am came to pull the bed settee out and it was broken! One of us had to sleep on the floor on a mattress! Not what you’d expect after paying over £200 a night! Bedding and towels were clean but smelt funny. Had trouble with water but they did manage to sort this. It was a great location, close to Liverpool one, Albert dock and the arena.
Such a great place, price is worth it especially with how close to the city centre would definitely book again

Great location with plenty of night life and the main shopping area just a short walk away.
Apartments to suit most group sizes.
No staff on site but a quick phone call sorted out any queries we had.

Great location super central and comfy room but the room was quite tired and worn. Not able to leave your bags if you get there early or want to leave them the next day. Location is the main pull but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Place was lovely and homely. Enjoyed staying here, in the middle of central Liverpool & is in a great spot. Overall had a great stay, very easy to get in and out of. The apartment was cozy. However Communication could be improved prior to staying.
