The Space:

Welcome to this spacious one bedroom flat in Liverpool's popular Baltic Triangle. The apartment is set in a modern building and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you are visiting for a weekend break or a longer trip.



The open plan living area has a stylish sofa and a TV with access to all the streaming services you would expect, so there is plenty to keep you entertained on a quiet evening in. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and a coffee machine so you can start each morning properly. There is also a dining space for enjoying meals at home or a takeaway from one of the many nearby restaurants.



The bedroom features a king size bed with fresh linen provided for every guest. You will find the room peaceful and comfortable after a day exploring the city. The bathroom has a powerful shower with great water pressure, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you can pack light.



For longer stays, the washer/dryer is a real bonus. We also supply an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and all the essentials including tea and coffee to get you started.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we can often accommodate for a small additional fee.



You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival. You will receive a digital guidebook with everything you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits in the heart of Liverpool's Baltic Triangle, one of the city's most vibrant and creative neighbourhoods. You are surrounded by independent coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and boutique stores, all within a few minutes' walk of your front door. Ditto Coffee is a particular favourite and just a stone's throw from the flat.



Albert Docks and the waterfront are around a 10 to 15 minute walk away, putting you within easy reach of museums, galleries, and some of Liverpool's most iconic landmarks. The city centre is also just a 10 minute walk, so you have the best of both worlds: a lively neighbourhood on your doorstep and everything Liverpool has to offer within walking distance.



There is a local shop nearby with all the usual essentials, and you will find no shortage of great places to eat and drink without even needing to jump in a taxi.



Getting Around:

Jamaica Street is well connected and getting around Liverpool from here is straightforward.



Liverpool Central, James Street, and Moorfields train stations are all within a 10 to 15 minute walk, giving you access to local Merseyrail services and regional rail connections across the North West and beyond.



Several bus routes run along nearby streets, offering quick links to the city centre, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and surrounding areas.



Parking: There is paid parking a 4 minute walk away at Jamaica Street car park, costing around £6 per day with no booking required.



Uber operates throughout the city and is a convenient option for getting to and from the airport or for late night journeys home.
