「BEST!」

「We stayed here due to the proximity of the hospital across the street. My husband had to have a procedure done there. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Check-in was very fast upon entering the room. The room was clean. The only issues we had with this room was the coffee pot was dirty so I did not use it. There was also a drawer that was blocking the walkway because it would not stay shut. If it weren’t for those two things I would have given this five stars. I would definitely...

「First off this was our second time staying there , we celebrated our daughter‘s birthday there and now celebrated our anniversary night there we chose this place again because the staff is amazing Zasha n Yolanda’s staff are amazing from the moment you walk in they greet you make you feel very welcome. 「Daily breakfast is refried beans and tortillas was a disappointment. The women at the desk, for the exception of one, has really nasty attitudes. Even the poor handicapped were treated like trash. One elder in front of me was fed up and wanted a refund. She was disrespected and told it would take 10 days to get her money back even though she had just paid. The place has a strong, oily oilfield smell and the carpet looks like it’s never been shampooed. No phone service in the room and no bathroom...
