"We have stayed at a lot of Disney properties, and this was equal or better to most of them. The rooms were massive! The property was very clean and there was a lot to do. We were surprised at the value for the money! Lots of pools, pretty good food options and a huge market on property made last minute food items easy to access. The staff were friendly and they were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We already booked our next stay! This will be a go-to for us for sure! "

"Do not believe that they have a shuttle to the park. The departures and returns are so very limited and nearly impossible to secure. We ended up paying for Uber every day. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)"

"Front desk agents were very helpful and empathetic when I checked in, which made the arrival smooth and welcoming. Breakfast had a great variety—everything from classic hot options and oatmeal to multiple juice choices, coffee, and the most loved Mickey waffles. One small suggestion would be to keep the bread station refilled more consistently :) I’m giving this hotel 4 stars mainly because of the pool experience. The chlorine level felt significantly higher than what we’ve experienced at places like Hilton or Disney resorts. We all left smelling strongly of chlorine, and unfortunately my swimsuit was affected—it went from fuchsia to a faded pink and purple, and I had to throw it away. Because of this, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Overall, it’s a good property with great service and breakfast, but the pool chemical balance could definitely be improved."

"What a great stay! Would stay here again. I came with my three kids and the staff were always helpful. They loved playing with Judy and the pool and eating at Applebees! I did not utilize the shuttle service but will next time"

"The hotel was very clean. However, there was a weird chemical smell in our room. Also, when we asked where we could eat, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know, even though we could have ordered pizza right there in the hotel and there was an Outback Steakhouse right across the parking lot. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars."
