"Staff was nice although there wasn’t enough of them had to stand in line for quite a while. The gates to the parking lot did not work had to have our room key changed out twice and we still couldn’t get in and out of the parking lot without having to call for a staff member bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The air conditioner could use to be updated. It took a long time to call the room down."
