"El hotel estuvo excelente, la pasé super con mi esposa varios dias, pero tengo una pequeña sugerencia respecto a la comida. El desayuno esta perfecto, pero la cena deberían de tener un area de postre aunque sea pequeña, algunos biscochos o una maquina de helado con algunos topins no tiene que ser una mega area de postres ya que luego de comer algo siempre es bueno tener un postrecito dulce y complementar eso. Los popcorns no los veo como postre ya que es algo salado y algunos que estuvieron allí opinaron igual. Aparte de eso todo esta perfecto✨espero volver algun dia"

"El hotel es grande , la piscina estaba limpia y te permitían está hasta las diez , por el precio estaba bueno ,tenía sábana limpias , pero la limpieza de la habitación y escaleras podía estar un poquito mejor ."

"The initial check in staff was great. subsequent encounters varied. The only rug in the room was very dirty. Otherwise, room was clean. Food was OK. at their restaurant/Deli. Very Pricey."

"The stay wasn’t so pleasant to me because I booked a suite with a balcony but received a regular room that was cheaper. I asked the staff why didn’t I receive the room I wanted. The staff explained that the room was unavailable due to it was not one clean or they were taken. I booked a week prior to arrival and checked in nearly 2 hours after check in time. The room should have been readily available by then. The room I received was clean, the breakfast was well presented and the amenities were great but being unsatisfied with my room made my experience not pleasant."

"Regarding our room, all the areas were excellent except for the bathroom. We were given towels that had makeup on it and a bathroom floor that wasn’t fully swept. Regarding the property, it was nice. The only downfall were the ducks. Between guests feeding them and them casually walking the areas to be near food, it was no surprise to see them immediately jump into the pool out of fear and subsequently passing feces in the water. I believe the property needs to have STRICT policies on not feeding wildlife and handing out severe consequences for parties continuing this type of behavior in spite of warnings. Trying to enjoy a nice swim becomes troublesome because you don’t know if you’re going to accidentally swallow duck feces. This should be an absolute NO-NO. "
