「Upon checking with two young children at 11pm was told our reservation was canceled and we needed to call Expedia they offered no help at all even seeing my two children sleeping. We called Expedia to be told nothing was wrong with our reservation so finally front desk gives us room we go to check in key doesn’t work, come back up still doesn’t work, came back again oh it’s not that room it’s another we knocked on door because we heard people in there We go down again finally front desk comes...

「Excellent location. Beautiful lake across the street. We didn't wake up in time for the Continental breakfast but was able to grab a banana. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. AC worked great and slept like a baby」

「The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.」

「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

「Check in/ check out we’re very easy. The room was extremely clean. It was pretty quiet there also. Breakfast had a decent selection, if things ran out, someone refilled it quickly. It’s close to the highway too. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「The property wax 20 to 30 min from any retail or restaurants. the onsite restaurant did not take cash only debit card or cc with a 3 % surcharge. access to the room was far from where parking was offered and up 2 flights if stairs down long hallways. %he holiday barbecue wax supposed to run until 8 pm. We arrived at 740pm and they had already closed down. We had to drive off property to get A meal. the room had no balcony access, a small microwave and fridge and 1 chair. Room service did not...
