「Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. 「This place is AMAZINGThe house is located on gold beach, with a walkout onto the beach. The deck oversees the famous phoenix caissons from the D day invasions with a wonderful view of the sea. It also has some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seenThe house itself is modern, with pretty much everything you need provided. We had a 9 passenger van and were easily able to park it inside If you are looking for a house on the beach, for a Normandy trip, you cannot ask for better」

「We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies but mostly what we needed. I did not realize when I booked the property that if we only had 7 people one of the bedrooms would be locked and not usable. It worked out fine but if I had known that I probably would have booked a different property. There was a bit of confusion about the pool being swimmable when we arrived.
