I stayed overnight during a transit and so my stay was brief, but I found the overall experience to be efficient and catered to my needs. I had no problem connecting with reception to arrange the shuttle transport from the airport. Moxies restaurant and bar was a welcome treat after the long flight. They were busy and still serving food at 10pm. The “Sandman Market” behind reception is not clearly signposted but a treasure trove for stocking up on water and snacks at any time. The coffee machine in the room was fine. In fact, I preferred the coffee I had in my room to the coffee served in the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby! My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was not high enough for me.

Wonderful hotel in perfect downtown location. Staff are so friendly and helpful, with several languages spoken which is really helpful. Nicely sized room, well-equipped. Super comfy bed. Tidy and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Included breakfast is vast and delicious.

The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often.

Great location, good food and excellent amenities. Valet parking way too expensive $80 a day.
