Great little place to stay if you need a room for the night. Room was clean , tv and heat worked well and was quiet. Owner was very personable as well. Id recommend this motel.

The floors in the room were upgraded to laminate which was a positive surprise. The rest was pretty worn, but as can be expected for the price. I booked for the location and would stay again if in the area.

The rooms up the hill (118) although dated had comfy beds and all necessities, limited channels (no NHL). Room 103 smelled really bad like old smoke, the shower was gross and the bed sheets had what looked like a blood stain. When we called housekeeping (owner) they proceeded to blame us and were very very rude and not apologetic. The hotel appears to rent room by the week/month as there was some very sketchy ppl. The local restaurant also advised not to go out late at night as the town has a drug problem. Rooms were way overpriced.
