This hotel is located in one of the prettiest areas in Lisbon!! Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, can’t beat the location for the price!!! some reviews mention it being loud at night, we stayed in a room with windows to the alley and the street and experienced very little if any noise at night. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bigger than average, the breakfast could be better but it wasn’t bad, just not a lot of choices but we appreciated that it had fruit, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sweets, ham, cheese and coffee, sounds like a lot but other hotels usually have way more than this. No big deal though, the location is great and we’d stay here again any time!

The hotel is in a very centric location. The metro station is practically next door. You can go up the street to visit Chiado. Breakfast selection was complete. You can do your own fresh orange juice. Breakfast time is until 12 pm.

The hotel is okay, but quite basic. In my opinion, it feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star property. For example, there was no safe in the room, no body lotion, no coffee maker, the bathroom needed repainting, and the desk was damaged. Also, price we paid for was higher than the one offered later in the app&property so pick refundable fare if possible.

Had some issues with the parking. Also ran out of toilet paper although I asked for room cleaning, extra rolls were not left. No shelf in shower. Water in shower doesn’t drain properly.
