Good location to explore Lisbon from - easy to walk to various tourist attractions with lots of restaurants near by. The only draw back is if you have large suitcases, the climb up to the second floor on narrow steep steps can be a challenge.

Perfect location, very nice room, great staff

This place is in an excellent location! close to great touristic areas and awarded restaurants. It was very easy to talk to the manager and get inside the apartment even after hours (got a late night flight). We were surprised with a bottle of complimentary wine and a little tour guide with close restaurants and places to go (it added a nice touch to our stay). The small street with an old facade may give you a bad impression (and most of them are like this) but the apartment itself is great! Cute, very clean, has a nice kitchen and it is very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone, maybe not for a family with kids. For a young couple I thought it was perfect!

Disappointing experience Our stay at this property was unfortunately far from what we expected. While we loved visiting Lisbon, this accommodation had several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. After confirming the reservation, we were unexpectedly asked to make an additional payment that was not mentioned in the listing. This created confusion and frustration, as such information should always be clear before booking. During our stay, a representative came to the apartment more than once to discuss this matter, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. When we asked for clarification, no clear explanation was given. The communication with the host was also poor. Our messages regarding this issue and about the online check-in process — which requested uploading full passport photos — were never answered. This raised concerns about privacy and guest care. The apartment itself had poor sound insulation, and it was difficult to rest because of noise from neighboring apartments. There were also no basic toiletries, which made the stay less convenient. Overall, we felt disappointed and stressed during our time there. With better communication, respect for privacy, and transparency about charges, the experience could have been much better.
