This charming 50 m² apartment in Lisbon is an excellent choice for guests seeking comfort and convenience in a well-connected location. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, the space offers a welcoming, homey atmosphere ideal for both short and extended stays.

The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a cosy double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals or a relaxed workspace.

The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery.

The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing and worry-free experience.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can settle in and feel right at home.

Nestled in the heart of the iconic Alfama district, the property places you within one of Lisbon’s most atmospheric and historic areas. Famous for its narrow cobbled streets, vibrant culture, and traditional Fado music, Alfama offers an authentic taste of Portuguese life.

Just a short walk away is the majestic São Jorge Castle, where you can take in panoramic views of the city and the Tagus River. Stroll to the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa) or the Church of Saint Anthony, both steeped in centuries of history. For stunning photo opportunities, visit the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, a scenic viewpoint with one of the best vistas in Lisbon.

Food lovers will enjoy the neighbourhood's wide array of traditional restaurants and cosy wine bars. Nearby options include the charming Lisboa Tu & Eu, daPrata52, and the well-loved Restaurante Duque, each offering a taste of local cuisine just minutes from your door.

You’ll also be close to Praça do Comércio, Lisbon’s grand waterfront square, perfect for riverside walks, shopping, and soaking in the city's lively atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train and subway station, Santa Apolónia, is just an 11-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
