• Smoking is allowed in the street. But we ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. If you really must, please do it by the window.
• The neighbours appreciate quiet as much as our guests do. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Do not leave lights or heaters on while you are not home, or when it is not necessary. The environment appreciates it.
• Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If you can't and something happens to the apartment or any of its decorative elements, make sure I am the first to know so I can find a solution immediately.
• Please do not bring pets into the apartment.
• Respect the check in time (4 pm) and check out time (11 am). If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please let me know as much in advance as possible.
• Please do not stick anything on the walls in order not to damage them.
