I had to sit in the lobby to have a connection which was a quite uncomfortable inconvenience, as I was looking forward to resting in bed surfing online, but instead after a Long day I needed to sit up in the lobby and make a booking for the next night. "Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning.

"Six of us stayed one night in two suites at Domus Collis as part of a three-week long trip in Hungary visiting family. The hotel is located in the heart of historic Győr. It is in excellent shape both outside and inside. The suites we were in were clean, roomy, comfortable and had a classic beauty with modern touches. Front desk staff was very helpful and always there when we needed them. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of options. We were impressed with Domus Collis and enjoyed our one-night stay very much! We highly recommend this hotel!"
"The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay. "

We where offered the return payment of 2 nights and it was handeled very professionally, even according to the terms of sales, it would not have been necessary.

"What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon."
