We really loved our stay at the resort. It exceeded my expectations and the grounds and the pool looked better than the pictures online. There’s also a lovely restaurant on the resort. We spent the whole weekend relaxing by the pool! We needed a car when we were checking out and all they have in the town are tricycles! The staff went out of their way to get us a car transport. Great staff!

Room was great - very rustic property. Love our room - request room #3. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Always willing to answer questions and to help with transportation. Breakfast was good and we always got bottled water every day.

2nd time coming here. I enjoy the privacy and beautiful surroundings. You wouldn't feel the place is fully booked because you still get to enjoy the place without having to deal with so many people. The food options are limited in terms of variety and service time but I'm cool with that. Great value for money as well.

Great hotel, staff & food, but an oasis in poverty

The room had a wall air conditioner that we had running on high all day just to try to keep up with the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful and understood Tagalog much better than English. The food was superb and very inexpensive. The pool was clean and the water temperature was good. The hotel itself was on scenic property, however, the surrounding area of San Jose and Lipa City was almost slum-like. I would not feel safe leaving the grounds.

Excelletn service at Rose Villas Resort

Our stay was not so amazing. Bfast was very disappointing. The fried fish was not fresh. The hotel lack shelves inside the bathroom for shampoo, soap & hair conditioner. We hv to put the items on the floor while showering. But the service is excellent and would like to commend Noriel & Joy for their good service.

The villa was nice. We were six adults and two kids stayed in the villa with 4 queen sized beds. Their staffs were super friendly, polite and very very helpful on everything we asked. The foods (dinner and breakfast) were delicious. We liked the kapeng barako! Swimming pool was clean. Relaxing talaga yung place. We had a wonderful stay! The shower room's flooring was very slippery hope the could improve on that. We were not adviced of the non availability of the Aircon remote.We got up during the night chilling. The wifi signal was very poor, it was explained to us that it was the provider's problem. We were late in checking out with excess of 45 minutes, they waived the penalty charges and gave us 2 small packs of coffee. They really do care about their clients. We have a good overall experience.
