The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. The rooms were very clean and the room with the plunge pool is beautiful and worth your money. I will be returning to Capetown soon and will be staying at this location again. 10/10 recommend!」

「This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Room was spotless and so well laid out - balcomy was a lovely bonus to sit. Bathroom well...
