While it is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and walkable restaurants and bars as well as safety it’s the staff that make this property so amazing. From the moment you arrive to the last goodbye from the security guard at the gate everyone is helpful and always smiling. This hotel truly epitomizes what good customer service is. "This was my second stay at Bantry Aparthotel. It was actually an extension to my first booking which I did as a separate booking which I was pleased to see did not cause any problems and I was able to retain my same room. All the staff there were helpful and friendly. My room was one of the Penthouse suites so I have a nice little kitchen and a big full size bathroom. There are views with balcony from both the living room and the bedroom and there is a nice roof patio area to the rear. Ocean views are magnificent. The suite was quiet, comfortable, well equipped. Some areas show a little age / wear but nothing I'd find an issue. Its a good, solid, honest aparthotel in a fantastic location. Parking is fine for smaller cars but may be rather tight if you turn up in a Range Rover or something. You can safely walk around the area - the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are all near. Ideal stay to explore the area from."

Our room looked exactly as pictured, and the views around the property were absolutely beautiful. Across the board, a wonderful experience - to the entire staff from check in, to the bar men, Denzel and Thabo, to the restaurant staff, to the spa staff especially Thandie, the dining staff, to the doormen and all other staff that made our stay the experience it was, THANK YOU. Then add the above to the Morea’s stunning location over looking Camps Bay beach with the mountains in the back ground!! We are looking forward to staying at Morea again when we are back in CT."
