"Rooms are old and dirty including walls. Bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. Pictures on hotels.com are not real. Reception staff unpleasant. I stayed 6 nights and room was not cleaned. Hotels offers bottled water in the room but it costs €5 per litre. Never again."

"Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice ..."
