"As a family of 4, we had 2 pool side rooms. The rooms are definitely showing their age but were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a bit of a musty smell. The rooms were clean but not perfect. The wifi was reliable and we were able to use it in our rooms. Staff was friendly enough but not great. Not all guests were treated equally. "

"No balcony, no refrigerator, no safety deposit box in room. When i asked about a balcony room, only reply was , ' there are none ' without even checking "

"Pools were enjoyable. I wish food was better, had high hopes but food lacked flavor in all the restaurants and buffet. Also, I wish they had staff that could atleast understand English if not speak ! Other than front desk people, nobody seemed to understand English !"

"What can we say, but that our stay was 5 star all the way. Casa Paaket is absolutely beautiful. Usually a place looks better on pictures than in real. Not so for this villa! Every room / space was absolutely lovely and so well taken care of. Thank you to Daniela for helping us organize our stay and photo session. Osvaldo was a delight, serving, our drinks, paying every attention to detail. Then there were the meals… Sergio, oh my…no restaurant we went to came close to the delights you and Brissa cooked us each and every day. Housekeepers Carolina and Ruby, you kept everything spotless and did endless loads of our laundry. I don’t know how anything can compare to our stay here. Thank you for making beautiful memories for our family! "
