「From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. 「Excelente Hotel」

「The hotel is extremely nice. I was thoroughly surprised when I arrived to see how well maintained it is. The hotel isn't really near anything - we stayed here after taking the evening train from Shanghai before embarking on to Moganshan the next day. It's a perfect place to stay for one night. Rooms are spacious, though they do allow smoking in some rooms so just be aware when booking to note your preference. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese. We were the first ones to breakfast...

「Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. 」
