"Very nice place. Well maintained with a lovely hot tub. Good bar on site. We had some issues checking in and can only assume that was down to Expedia (we did not get key code which caused some issues). Would return."

"The apartment was lovely and clean and in the perfect location, I would highly recommend. "

"The property was perfect for our family, comfortable, clean, kind hosts and beautiful walks from the door (and of course the riverside hot tub). Thank you!"

"Lovely comfortable cottage in an elevated position with spectacular views."

"A unique and beautiful boathouse. Stunning scenery to enjoy from the veranda. Property delivered to an exceptional standard. Fabulous location for the lake, local walks, villages, pubs, and restaurants. We booked for a special occasion, and certainly were not disappointed. Thank you ❤️"

"Lovely peaceful cottage..very clean with beautiful views."

"Fantastic place with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Sheep right on your doorstep, and the hot tubs were fantastic and well-maintained. Really comfy beds and a large kitchen, big enough to cook for the 20 guests we had with us. Thanks so much, we will be back"

"Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick."

"Stayed here for two nights, the property is superb. Spotless clean and in a brilliant location. Will definitely return, and 100% recommend."

"Clean room, good location, parking included"

"Loved that we could get a train into Windermere and enjoy the restaurants and bars."

"With my Mum having limited mobility the parking situation was a challenge but we managed. We also hadn’t realised the 2nd bedroom was two single beds (our fault for not checking closely enough) but again we managed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with beautiful views from the little garden on the one evening we had that it didn’t rain. A wonderful place to stay overall and would highly recommend it."

"Really nice characterful cottage in a great location for hiking from the door with parking for two cars. Easy access to Braithwaite and the facilities and walks from there , and also to Keswick town centre. Would benefit from a more extensive ‘welcome pack’ and other basics you often get in cottages these days ( fresh milk , kitchen roll , oils and condiments etc ) but overall would definitely recommend the cottage ."

"This was our second visit to Jasmine Cottage. Great location in the centre of Portinscale, very easy walk to Keswick. Tge cottage is very clean and comfortable. Recommend it!"

"This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property."

"Beautiful cottage, very well equipped in fantastic location with parking. Could not have asked for more! Will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay and perfect location for exploring.👍"
