"Nice hotel but feels a little outdated. For this kind of hotel and star rating, you should expecte a little more such as free bottled water in the room. Also the bathroom has no towel racks or hanger’s. Once a towel has been used, you have to put it on the floor. The safety box in the room should have a code lock and not a key. I also wish the hotel provided shuttle services to Sorrenty. Most high end properties do that in S. Agnello. The front desk staff was nice and helpful but some if them didn’t speak much English. "

"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes every time we came across anyone. The terrace bar had an amazing view and great service. The breakfast was presented well but only adequate. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. As first time visitors we went on tours daily and all started at the bus depot almost across the street. Downtown was an easy 5 minute walk to shopping and a volume of restaurants, but before you go anywhere ask the staff. Mauro provided some fabulous restaurants and Marlo told us his favorite quick restaurant that was only a 2 minute walk and quite good. We were extremely happy with everything about Regis hotel! Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Hotel is beautifully restored. Location was great…a short walk to the action. Only downside was they did not have an elevator down to the beach as was advertised. Staff was helpful and lovely. "

"This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. You will love it."

"First, the hotel itself and the rooms were beautiful. The bathroom was large. The balcony had a nice view and allowed us to sit and take it in. "Very clean rooms well equipped. Clean towels every day. Netflix and tv options good. Having free filtered water available on each floor whether hot cold sparkling was an added bonus for us. Pool area and grounds lovely with drinks and food very reasonable prices. Breakfast options good pastries, toast and hot options of bacon scrambled egg sausage and fresh fruit you hurts cereal - something for everyone. Would definitely return. "
