「Tout était parfait. C’est un appartement spacieux, très lumineux bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Un brise vue pour la douche peut être sympa. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. 」

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」
