"This unit is absolutely not described properly. It is not in good shape. The pictures are not correct. You have to pass through main bedroom to get to bathroom. Doors do not close to main bedroom. Tv is very small. Not what is in the pictures. Plaster falling off the walls. Blinds falling down. One pan to use. Very rustic. Please dont book this is you want any kind of privacy in your bedroom. Front bedroom is a small little twin bed. To get to bathroom you must go through main living room and then through the main bedroom. Not acceptable in most cases. That is not explained in the listing so buyer beware. I found out the hard way. Had female co worker with thinking we would be ok but not so much. Beds are not comfortable either. Very thin mattress. Kitchen supplies are limited. Great location however. Old pictures. Definitely showing heavy wear now. "

"The house is darling! Some food savers and more mixing bowls would be nice. Great pots and pans.The neighbors have barking dogs, but they are not outside all the time. As darling as the house is, the electrical outlets in the living room and dining room are only 2-prong outlets and not upgraded like the rest of the house. If you have a laptop, you have to charge it in a bedroom. This was a significant disadvantage for us."

"The location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shops at Overton Square. I slept like a baby every night in the comfortable bed. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen. Owner was super fast with communication. It was a great retreat and getaway. "

"We loved the location of this house. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house is very comfortable and clean. There were minor issues with the kitchen - pots that were burned, cracked mugs, no ice, no coffee filters- overall tho, a great house in a terrific neighborhood. "
