Breakfast is nice especially when its prepared especially at the price point its uard to beat, people are friendly and respectful. Plenty of room. Would recommend to fellow travelers.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on. Near the beach and cottages were nice and convenient.

I lived in tacloban as this hotel was being built. To see the sheer neglect and unprofessional repairs is truly sad. The owners should be disgusted by the lack of care for their investment! I was in the best room they have (lobi suite) and to have a tworn and stained couch, mold in every crevice, bathroom fixture about to fall off and windows you cannot see out of through the filth and mildew! Filthy windows throughout every level of the building, stained and smelly carpets, staff that has no clue how to maintain a positive customer interaction. I have to believe the owners either don’t care or are allowing blind management! I can not recommend staying here. You don’t get the great quality you’d expect at this price!

They need a over haul of quality control. Things are breaking down.

No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The
