Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable.
A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue.
Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient.
Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

The bar and eating facilities and the steam room, sauna and pool facilities were great. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were very friendly and warm and accommodating. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The hotel design and decor was amazing and its proximity to the tube was a plus.

The only downside to the hotel is the lack of parking. Whilst you can pre-book reserved parking at the railway station it's a 5 minute walk away, so not ideal with luggage, particularly if it's raining.
