「A great place to serve as our base camp, while we moved our daughter into UNT. We loved getting to explore Denton/Dallas then come back and play a game of pool or have a meal together. Was helpful to have a washer and dryer! The property was beautiful and clean and the location very convenient to all the shops on the Loop. 」

「We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!」

「Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. 」

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
